Learn to shoot, stickhandle and skate with an offensive
flare that will have coaches, teammates, and opponents turning
their heads. Camp features larger emphasis on all types
of shooting techniques for all types of shots. Edgework,
skating, upper and lower body kinetics will also be stressed
as well as power on the puck, weight shifting and lateral
movement. Skills and game concepts will be tested using
game situations and one on one play. Remember... there's no goalie who can't be beat! |

The Defenseman Camp is truly the most advanced Defenseman's program out there. This camp stresses the importance of how critical a group of skilled defenseman is to mounting a deadly offensive attack and controlling the game offensively. The ability to move feet and handle the puck will be concentrated on and stressed throughout the camp. Using overspeed skating drills and puck control each student will gain considerable confidence on balance transition, acceleration, puck carrying and passing, rushing the puck and decision making. Shooting from the point, one timers, slap shots, snap shots, wrist shots, point play, passing and puck movement along with professional stick fitting will guarantee a huge improvement in every player's shooting ability. |
